Hey! Whats up y’all? Affordable housing has been a headache to say the least. Since last Summer of 22, one of the main priorities for me personally is having a place to stay with comfortable setup that accommodates my lifestyle. In a nutshell I’m either at work, at the gym, or researching at the library. Being roommates with me is cool if u can exercise these principle’s…. Accountability, hygienic, and organized orientated. My OCD about organized cleaned spaces is HUGE dealbreaker for me. If you can’t be accountable for making RENT on TIME, clean up after yourself, and be respectful don’t bother tapping in about living with me. If you can honor the Golden rule…… Treat others how u would like to be treated, and honor the principles accordingly, will get along just fine.
