Feel free to reach out if you’re looking at near or the end of July as a move in timeframe, that’s probably the soonest I can do. If possible, I would prefer 8/14 or 15 as the move in date though.

I’m a private and quiet person. Basically just work and take it easy when I’m not working; gamer/IT/tech guy. I work at a dealership as a service advisor. I’m fairly flexible on location and price, just looking for something closer to work, which would be something like the Plymouth, Minnetonka, Hopkins, Golden Valley areas. I am not set on a minimum or maximum stay length, but if I find a great fit, I am happy to stay for longer.

Definitely would want in-unit laundry. I do have an electric vehicle so ideally garage parking or at minimum off street parking. Good, reliable internet is pretty important to me as well. No pets but like ’em. I am technically allergic to cats but I am around them daily at the moment and have no issues.
