Looking for a female roommate for a 3 bedroom 2 bath house who can cover approx. $700.00 / month rent + go in on groceries. My daughter and I will cover the remaining rent (approx. $1500.00 - $1600.00 / month) and all utilities, wifi, etc. I will also cover deposits and move in fees (damage deposit, first and last, etc). I will be the main applicant for the property (my credit is very good) as we intend to stay at the rental for at least two years. Roommate needs only to apply as a 3rd tenant. Prefer 6+ month lease for roommates. I am a current full time student at CBC. Due to surgeries that resulted in a change of career, I am enrolled in the worker retraining program studying Cyber Security. My daughter is 23 years old and works full time and studies as well. We are looking at 3 bedroom 2 bathroom houses to rent in the West Pasco area. We have a few houses that we have inquired about and are touring. We are not interested in apartments. Only nice houses in good neighborhoods with front and back yards, garage, modern kitchen, central heat and air, laudry hookups, etc. We are looking for a third renter to join us in moving into a new house. We are looking particularly for a female renter as the main bathroom will be a shared bathroom between my daughter and the roommate, and my daughter has anxiety about living with men. Roommate must have stable, verifiable income, must be cleanly and respectful. Students welcome. We plan to move in the beginning of October or as soon as possible. We will be able to furish the house, roommate will only need to furish their own room and provide their own personal items, toiletries and the like. Roommate will have full access to the whole house and amenities. We are both easy-going and like to have fun. We are respectful of other’s spaces and privacy. My daughter and I both love music and we both play guitar. We like to have BBQs on the back patio and listen to music. We don’t party hard, but we both enjoy cocktails and I love wine. I love to cook as well and cook dinner almost every night. We usually cook a Sunday breakfast as well. I enjoy outdoor activities, jogging, hiking, kayaking, boating, jet skiing, etc. We are both studying so the house will be relatively quiet during these times. Smoking allowed ouside only.
