Hi! I have owned and sold a house twice, the most recent one as of last summer. Afterward I leased a nice apartment in Clarkston, which just ended. However, being enrolled in a six course personal training, nutrition, and health coach certification, while spending a lot of weekends up north even throughout winter, I have come to find I need very little more than a small private space at the moment. When the weather breaks I’ll be looking to relocate to northern Michigan with a new job in personal training which will be mostly online. So I hope to find a nice place with a room to rent for now!

(I am a contractor that works morning and early afternoons for one specific client and his family, I do not come home dirty nor do I need to store any tools ect, I have a storage unit / on site tools and equipment)
