I’m on the search for 1-2 like-minded people who are looking for a place to live in the Milton / Milton Mills / Wakefield / Acton ME / Lebanon ME / Farmington NH / Rochester area.

So who am I? -gainfully employed as a farmer-educator -milennial, female -non-smoker and drug-free. Light 420 use acceptable but not my thing personally -active, outdoorsy, well-connected, green thumb, kinda intellectual - love good conversations, love kind people even more -equal parts introvert and extrovert -enjoy having people, friends over for meals and gatherings -works quite a lot especially in summer -very responsible but not hyper-vigilant about things like dishes or cleaning - I usually have the more relaxed approach to cleanliness in living dynamics but I pull my weight. -no pets but I like nice dogs or cats

I believe new friends are out there in my area. You are someone with a stable income, someone who is easy-going and enjoys collaborating on things like cooking meals and dividing chores, you can provide a reference as to your character, and ideally you have some similar values and interests to me. You think the idea of collaboratively creating a housemate “community contract” is a wonderful way to establish good living norms with people and you’d gladly participate in that. I’m not just looking for a completely random roommate.

I’m interested in joining forces to find a simple, straightforward shared apartment/house rental (monthly or annual) arrangement while also creating a living environment that is fun, intentional, joyful, heathly, respectful, and full of care for us all.
