I am a single male, 30 years of age. I am a homebody and somewhere in between an introvert and an extrovert. Which basically means I stay to myself but if someone tries to start a conversation or an activity then I’d most likely willingly engage. I am a hard working man with writing and reading as my main hobbies. I am not a party-goer and I do prefer a more silent and peaceful environment. It helps me focus a lot more efficiently whether it be on my hobbies or simply just to focus on a project from work. I have two cats but they’re rather docile cats who do enjoy other people’s company more than mine but wouldn’t mind staying in a room rather than exploring. I don’t miss any payments on anything that I’m expected to pay. It’s just something I take pride in, considering there are tons of people who think and act otherwise. I’m looking for a room to rent for the time being until I’ve decided on where I’d like to move to permanently. It shouldn’t take any longer than a few months but saving money by rooming with someone is also much more convenient as far as savings go so I wouldn’t mind extending the stay if it’s a great fit for me and the property owner.
