I am a professional. I am single but I do not participate in typical single lifestyle because I prefer quiet peaceful moments and I just enjoy focusing on working over 40 hours. I am fine with being an introvert during winter season but I am also very friendly and I am outgoing during my spare time summer season but I am asleep by 9PM most nights. I do not smoke, no drugs, no alcohol, no pets, no children, no wild parties, no gossip, no drama, I just live a simple life. I make a great friend for conversation and a great listener. I enjoy walks, biking, hiking, working out at the gym. I am trustworthy therefore I prefer to be among others I sense are also trustworthy. I need to be surrounded by respectable people who are kind and free from issues. I used to be a landlord and owned my own properties but sold them to “venture, explore, travel”, basically burn money while I am still young enough to enjoy life. I currently prefer to just keep life simple as a renter and I totally understand the needs of other landlords. I abide by house rules and HOA regulations if any. I am healthy-minded, no physical issues, no depression, no problems whatsover. I have 2 grown up children, they both graduated top 1% from these combined colleges; Florida Tech, Harvard University, UNH and from Southern Leadership College for ministries. Both of my grown-up adult children are working full-time and living on their own, they are independent, therefore, no worries. I work in white collar administration type fields. I do not owe any bills, no credit card debt, therefore no worries about being about to pay rent. I like all types of movies and all types of music. I am allegergic to both dogs and cats, therefore pet-free people make a better room-mate for me, although if you have a dog we can somehow negotiate how to work around that. I respect people’s privacy and would expect the same. I just got over a 5 year relationship that was verbally abusive, neglectful, sociopathic, narcissistic and filled with lies, cheating, manipulation, boundary-breaking and contemp. However, I absolutely have NO more hurt feelings and that is why I am able to move. I made certain I can move into a new living arrangement without any thoughts nor feelings from the hurting abuse I endured. I refused to move anywhere until I know I have healed. I do not have a “victim” mind-set, I am a survivor filled with inner peace, strength and pure joy to start over. I am a conservative mature older woman with the energy of a younger person and youthful soul. I make a point to end my days with happy thoughts mixed with a little comedy and participate in a fun thing I enjoy to put a smile on my face no matter if the start of my days had negative news or not. I am easygoing, neat, clean and believe that eating a little bit of tasty junk food in the evening is good for the soul.
