I’m Tanya, 26 years old, and looking for a place to move into asap. My current landlord drinks often and frequently gets into trouble with other people and this is not the place I would like to be.

I typically like to keep to myself and I don’t often have guests over. Im quiet and I prefer that kind of environment.

Working currently at Hooters M-S 3-11 pm. in Denver. I have a job offer for a club in Colorado Springs so most nights will be out. My budget is around 500 but I can help at home with chores or other stuff to have some credit on the rent.
