I am a Redondo Beach native and went to RUHS class of 2001, have been living in the Catskills Mountains of Upstate NY for the past 2 years, where I have 2 farms. I have a 9 year old daughter who plays soccer, is in the school play, and is practicing dancing for her talent show, she is with me part time, and is the sweetest well-mannered child.

I am moving back to Redondo as my family condo in PV goes on the market, to help and to get back to the beach cities.

I will be traveling to NY on occasion, as I transition back. I do not need much, a shared room where I can fit 2 beds or bed & futon.

My goal is to save money this year and eventually next year move to a more settled home.

As a profession, I have a 20 year tech background in web application and eCommerce development, with recent CTO positions for major global brands. On the side, I am a farmer and I am learning phytochemistry online.
