I’m an active Senior, who had a home for 40 years in Colorado, as a single parent. My daughter and I lived for a year in Larkspur, CA, when I had a short-term teaching contract in San Francisco.

My adult daughter has settled in Victoria, BC and I’ve been living in NY since 2015, in support of family.

I am interested in living in Half Moon Bay, so have applied and am on the wait list for Ocean View Plaza, part of Lesley Communities. Looks like I’ll remain on the wait list for about 1.5 years. That’s why I’d like to secure a houseshare in Half Moon Bay around 4/1/24.

It would be wonderful if the houshare were within walking distance to downtown, but not considered a must.
