My name is Donald and I am a 63 year old professional male, single with no children and no pets. I will be mobing in by myself. Any number of roommates is acceptable to me. I am looking for at least 1 year lease. I can move in as early as July 1 and as late as August 1.

I am currently living in Concord — was born and raised in Manchester. I am financially stable, clean, no pets, etc.. I have been living at my current residence since 2023 and can provide you with a reference for this apartment. I am very respectful, courteous, easy-going and I do not drink alcohol.
