I work 2nd/3rd shift, so gone nights (Sun-Thurs) and sleep days. I am 43, quiet, clean, and mostly work, watch tv, sleep. I’ve been told I am an easy roommate. I am responsible and dependable, especially with rent. I am trying to move closer to my job of 3 years due to having an older vehicle that has needed constant work, and I’ve lived in Providence the past few years. I’d like to be able to bike or take public transportation to reduce costs. I am a smoker and willing to smoke outside if needed. Would like all included room rental situation – weekly rent payments would be ideal.
