My wife and I have received job offers in Cannon Beach and we are looking for housing. We are both 42 year old non-smokers with no pets, no kids and no drama! We share a reliable 4X4 vehicle, have landlord references, decent credit scores (700+) and we don’t have a ton of stuff because we travel and work seasonally. My wife loves to read a good book and hangout at the beach and I am an outdoorsy person very much into hiking! We are looking for a CLEAN and quiet place to rest our heads this summer. We are open to a room in a house, studio or anything along those lines. We have 0% interest in living in a party house but we are both very outgoing and would love to be friends with our housemates!
