I am a self-employed professional. I have a residence in the area that can only get satellite internet, which is too slow for when I give seminars. I am willing to pay full price to rent a room but will not really move in or spend the night. I just need to use the high-speed internet to give day-long seminars. The seminars are generally using Zoom or MS Teams, my voice, my camera, and a PowerPoint presentation. Minimum internet speed should be about 100Mbs upload. I have to give seminars on the following dates: September 12 and 13, 19 and 20 (west coast attendees - starting time 11:00 am EDT - ending time about 7:30 pm), and Sept 26 and 27. I will also need it from Oct 31 - Nov 3 as of now. I am closing on a new house with high-speed internet on Nov 6th.
