I am a 35 year old professional, working full time as a Clinical Intake Coordinator for a home health agency. I have a 6 year old, sweet & well behaved child that would be living with me part time. I am soon going to be getting a divorce & cannot afford to live on my own with the market the way it is. I am a down to earth, kind, & fun person that is tidy & likes to go to bed relatively early on week days. I would like a room mate of similar age & maturity, possibly also with kids, or someone who is responsible & mature, without a record! I wouldn’t want to live with someone who smokes indoors or throws a ton of parties, as I have a little one. I would love to have small, fun get togethers, game nights, movie nights etc. As long as the person is responsible in paying rent on time & isn’t a huge partier or super messy, I’m easy to get along with!
