45yr old Divirced woman looking for a room to rent in Irving area to be closer to where my daughter lives she is grown but will visit. I work remotely from home teaching nursing students through online Vocational college accept for few days a month in person lab training. I’m very organized, clean, quite. I don’t go out alot or have company other than my daughter. Just wanting to cut down on cost of living so I can start traveling some. I prefer a room with bathroom & parking. Even though I am a netflix chill person I am outgoing & friendly but I really do keep to myself.
