I’m responsible, organized, and easygoing. I enjoy cooking and meal prepping and keep shared spaces tidy. I value communication, boundaries, and mutual respect.

I’m self-employed with stable income and can provide strong references, including my current landlord and past roommates. I’m currently paying $1,375 with utilities included and am comfortable up to $1,400 depending on the space and setup.

I’m looking to relocate to be closer to my son’s childcare and into a quieter, more family-oriented neighborhood. Ideally seeking a non-smoking household. I’m also open to teaming up with another woman or mom to rent a larger space if it’s a good fit.
