I live alone, husband and small maltese dog lives in Florida, visits about one weekend a month. I am clean, considerate, and responsible. I work in construction on a military base, security clearance/clean record. I smoke but I do not smoke even in my own house and will not smoke in yours even if you allow it. Looking to rent a room with private bathroom near the beach / ocean, and utilities included.
