UCSB 2019 Graduate - History, B.A. UCLA 2020 Graduate - Certificated Paralegal

Expecting to move around June 2024 so trying to get ahead of the game and start looking around at my options.

I work full-time from home, from around 8am - 5pm so I will be in my room from those hours. I went straight to UCSB from high-school, so I know how to peacefully cohabit with others (due to dorm life, renting apartments with roommates, etc.)

I frequently travel throughout the country since I have a lot of friends and family who live out of state. Also, I visit my parents in Ventura County pretty frequently since they live alone and are retired, I just like checking in on them and making sure they’re ok <3

Since I have the freedom to work remotely from anywhere I would say I spend about 1 to 2 weeks out of the month away from home. I’m kind’ve like a digital nomad but I definitely love to have a home base.

Anywho! About me: Single, 27 year old female, bookworm, into cooking, hiking, camping & dispersed camping, movies, attending museums/galleries, trying new restaurants/bars, golf, enjoys napping a little too much lol

Also, I would like to note that while I am not a smoker (tobacco or 4/20). I am not bothered by smoke/nor care if the household smokes :)

While I would prefer a month to month lease I would not be against a 3 to 6 month minimum lease requirement, I’m sure we can work something out.
