Just to give a brief bit of information about myself: I do not smoke, I do not have any pets, I’m not fond of having visitors often, and I keep a clean home. I have steady employment in an administrative office position in a homeowner’s association for senior citizens. With that experience, I can imagine that your hope as a landlord would be to have as few complications as possible, and for me as a tenant to respect the dwelling you are providing all the way up until the last date of the lease. This is an arrangement I find important, and one that I factor into many of my behaviors in-home.
