Looking to find a place of my own that I can use as both a home and studio. I’m neat and clean (I’m a closeted butler 🛎️ when it comes to shared spaces 😅) and I pick up after myself. I’m social but need alone time to recharge.

I work part time as a medical receptionist at a PT clinic while pursuing my MFA in Illustration. I’ll be finishing my MFA in July 2024, and will be looking for teaching jobs.
