hi, i’m a 20 year old female. i work at mayo and attending rctc for nursing school. im looking for a roomate to get a 2 bed 2 bath apartment with. Im trying to stay under 800 each for my budget im okay with anything under 1k if the place is worth it with nice amenities! i have a few places in mind. i’m open to looking at other options also but looking to move the end of june or july! i prefer a roommate that’s okay with me having a few friends over as if i would be fine with it if you did!

i’m a very laid back friendly person. i would love to be friends with my roommate but if not just a roommate would be just fine:)
