I am looking for a place to rent in a house with a private unfurnished room and bathroom that has a private entrance on the ground floor where I am able to fit my 6 ft 1 in piano so I am able to teach music. I am not able to teach from my home anymore. I am quiet (other than music/students) clean, don’t smoke. I do have 2 large dogs. Price negotiable.
