Looking in: Vacaville, Solano County, CA.
Description
I currently live with two roommates and they are moving back home to Illinois where they are from. I am unable to afford continuing to live there and paying all the bills by myself, and this is my reason for moving
I am looking to move June 1st or later.
I can provide paystubs for income verification, and you may contact my previous roommates to verify I paid rent/bills on time and respected house rules
Iβm looking preferably for a long term stay, but I am open to short.
I am in my mid 30s. I work at a high school with special needs students. I am CPR/First Aid certified. I keep mostly traditional working and sleeping schedules, except that I do not work during the summer (I will use savings to cover expenses during this time). I do not drive; I have an e-bike I use to get around. I will need a secure spot inside or in a garage where I can store and charge it safely. I rarely have seizures which I do not require assistance or intervention for and can manage on my own, but may be unpleasant to experience if you are not aware that it can happen. I am generally quiet but I do like to play music, video games, TV etc at what I consider to be a reasonable volume. I like to have the option to occasionally invite a friend or two, or a girlfriend, over to my room. I would of course ensure they treat the house and other roommates with respect and take full responsibility for their actions and behavior when over. I semi-regularly enjoy consuming cannabis, but typically do so outside if smoking. I drink less frequently, maybe 2-3 times per month, usually not at home but I do like to have the option to do so occasionally. I do not get loud or angry or otherwise problematic in anyway when consuming cannabis or alcohol. I consider myself very left leaning politically. Not that I feel this should especially matter but it does reflect to the type of person I am and I feel it is fair to give other roommates an idea of the type of character I have. I have autism, but require no special accommodations. I consider myself βalternativeβ and feel this reflects in how I speak, carry myself and dress including my hairstyle, piercings, tattoos etc. My hobbies include reading, gaming, building PCs, and attending concerts. Since Iβm a gamer and build PCs, I prefer to have a high speed, direct wired connection to the internet. Ideally I will have either a jack in the room I can wire into, or else I could run my own line from the room to the modem (I can do this myself without drilling any holes, using non-permanent removable clips, and leaving the cable neat and organized along the ceiling).
