Hi, my name is channel. I am looking to save money for next year, so I am downsizing. I want to rent a room, so I can position myself to put a down payment on a house for me and my children. Both kids are in school, ages 11 and 9. My son plays football. My daughter is in gymnastics. Our schedules are pretty busy, so after school and after practice, we come home and get ready for the next day. We have a small dog, Her name is Julie. She is a mini Yorky, potty, trained super sweet and quiet. This opportunity would bring a fresh experience for me, as I have been renting my entire adult life. I got my first apartment at the age 19. Over the course of the years, I realized that it is more important to sacrifice for the bigger picture, so here I am considering renting a room in a nice safe neighborhood for at least one year.
