I am currently looking for a bedroom somewhere near Port Orange, Daytona or New Smyrna Beach area. I am quiet, easygoing, very clean and respectful of others personal property. I can get along with anyone as long as they’re pretty easygoing as well.

I would prefer it to be a month to month situation to start out before I agree to a longer term as I still have a place in NJ that I pay for.
