Hi, I’m looking for a room with a private bathroom included. I don’t drink or smoke and I’m not into any type of drugs. I’m not interested in a party environment. I prefer quietness. I will not have anyone over for company for most of my friends and family live overseas in Europe. I’m European/Caribbean myself and speak 5 different languages fluently. I teach virtually so excellent internet connection and good cellular tower service is important for me. I will be working and studying from home so I will almost always be at home in my room. Because of my work and study habits, you won’t feel my presence much at all. I’m also seeking 1 garage parking or possibly 2 parking spaces if possible.
