I am looking for a larger room to rent, around 200sqft + ( long term living situation) People with a positive attitude toward life is more important to me than age. Trees around the house, and a garden would be great. Community living with other creative people is more than welcome. As I am a water person, a pool would be fantastic, but not a must.

About me: I am an easy-to-live-with, creative European woman, responsible, good communicator, friendly, open-minded, compassionate, kind, natural problem solver, well-educated, nature and dog lover, well-traveled, and hope to rent from someone like-minded.
