Hey there, I’d like to move to the Monterey area, the earliest would be June. I’m a carpenter and work in Carmel 8-4 M-F. I have two bicycles and need approximately 6x4 ft space outside of my room to store my tools and belongings. Not interested in sharing a bathroom with more than one other person. I am clean, friendly, honest, active and in my free time I watch sports, hike, bike and camp. Need a place that is quiet after 10pm, but I don’t really care how loud you are otherwise.
