I live in Reston and my current lease ends in a month - the landlord decided to use the rental for other means. I’m looking to stay within Reston for another year. I work in administration at a pet company and have a side business. I have a background check, credit check, and proof of income readily available to share.

I’m a quiet but friendly person who likes to read, cook, and relax at home. I clean often and enjoy deep cleaning the house once a week. I value communication, respect, and privacy from my roommates, and I’m also open to making friends!

I have service cats with their documentation paperwork for the landlord, as they are not pets but necessary disability companions. They’re house-trained, very friendly, and have lived with dogs and other cats in the past.
