Work remotely as an analyst for an international energy-efficiency company (9 years). I was a homeowner for 25 years until my husband passed suddenly of cancer several years ago. I have one 26-yr old son who is about to move to the Philippines. I might join him there one day but for now I’m desperate to breathe the mountain air again while hiking in the Smoky Mountains. We went there every year as a family for over 25 years so it’s a special place for me. I would be a very respectful, kind-hearted, and quiet (but super happy) roomie.
