I’m a 31 year old mechanical engineer, who’s lived and worked in Santa Clarita for 2 years. I spend almost all day outside and have a well defined routine. I’m looking for a roommate to team up for a one year lease preferably in an apartment complex. I am organized, quiet and will only spend the weekends using the kitchen. I’m an early riser and will occasionally have my girlfriend over during the week.
