For me personally I am pretty self sufficient, quiet and I pick up after myself.
Semi-retired. Working about 30 hours per week.
I have everything I need so do not need to use anything of yours.
An unfurnished space is ideal.
My schedule at work changes week to week. I’m out of the house most weekends.
I don’t smoke or drink. It’s just me. No visitors.
Roomies? Maybe someone who is retired and seeking to rent a room. Perhaps similar in picking up after themselves, a clean, friendly, environment.
