For me personally I am pretty self sufficient, quiet and appreciate early evening hours and somewhat early wake up times. I pick up after myself. I don’t do drama :-) I appreciate organization and clean but I’m definitely not nit picky.

I don’t smoke or drink and require clean air meaning a non smoking environment and no chemical air fresheners.

Income is stable. Social security + part time at Publix + other misc income.

Roomies? Perhaps similar in picking up after themselves, a clean, friendly, environment
