My boyfriend Chrus is a chef if 28 years, 49 and I’m a former teacher and worked in Broadcasting for 12 years. We are fun, mature and generally happy people that prefer to keep to ourselves, but we can also get along with most anyone. We can clean, paint, work on plumbing issues and other handy person tasks, we are are great gardeners and proficient in reasonable DIY projects. Chris works 40+ hours per week and I receive a monthly income, for life, from a Family Trust that offers me a reliable source of income for rent and other modest bills. After 20 great years, a family member sold the home we were renting from them and gave us only a month to move out!! We really need a rood over our heads, but hope not to have to compromise on our standards in order to do so. We can pay $1,200 per month for a room and access to the house kitchen and a common area. A higher room rental charge is possible depending on what the additional cost offers in return. We have a 5 year old Chorkey, chihuahua Yorky, named “Honey” .She is outdoor and puppy pad trained. We are very clean and don’t enjoy enduring or causing drama😎
