Moving to the Asheville area for roadway construction. Looking to join up with a male or female roommate for a 3 bed 2 bath apartment, condo, townhouse, house with a garage in the Asheville area. Not picky on where relative to downtown Asheville. Ill pay more and take the master. We can figure out the exact sit when we get there. Expecting you to pay 800-1000 range. Places for what I am looking for are around $1900-$2500. I am an easy going person that enjoys mountain biking, golf, working out, snowboarding, hiking, and anything outdoors. I keep the common areas clean, especially the kitchen. I work 50 hrs a week and stay busy on the weekends. I am social and would like to checkout all the breweries. I have a friendly miniature schnauzer named remi that loves everyone. Will have the occasional friends visit from Florida for mountain biking, why extra bedroom is wanted.
