Hello, my name is Jacob. Just looking for a room to rent for a while. I’m very quiet and keep to myself. I abhor being an inconvenience in any way shape or form. Prior roommates have often not known I was home. I work nights during the school year so afternoons to mid-evening I would be absent during the week. I keep things pretty simple, always pick up after myself and habitually stay out of other people’s way.
