Hi everyone, I’m looking for two roommates to live in a 3 bedroom in the Brentwood, Santa Monica, or Sawtelle area. My personal budget is $2000 tops but hopefully looking for something in the $1500 to $1800 range. I’m also open to joining an open room on a month-to-month lease. I’m looking to move in by mid-September but hopefully earlier. I’m 22 and just graduated from Cal and will be working in tech.
