I’m Adam. 42M. Looking for something cheap & local. From Hamilton. Lease is up end of September. Tired of paying crazy NJ apt rent for very little that’s offered in return. I have a decent size 1br now & even that’s too much space so a room would be perfect. I’m very quiet, keep to myself. You won’t even know I’m there. I work full time for the state. 23 years. M-F, some OT nights/weekends but rare. I’m out the door early, before 6, home at 2. Spend most afternoons out but home at night during the week. I do some freelance writing on the side. Evenings are best for that. Weekends same. I also do Instacart from time to time just for a little extra. My only debt is my car payment which will be paid off in February probably. Credit score around 750. I don’t smoke or do anything crazy. Single now which explains the apartment I live in now but I’m looking to downsize if it saves me $. I can move in pretty much any time next month. I’m looking for something fairly long term, 6 mos-1yr or longer sort of thing but ultimately it’s up to you I guess. I’m somewhat flexible. I thought about buying a house but it would be way too much space for just me. Still might in the future to rent out but a single room is fine for now until I figure out my next move. Thanks.
