Young working professional with plans to return back to school part-time while working. I work full-time in Long Beach, California for the Public School System. I may also be transferring to work the same position in Lakewood, Washington therefore I am looking for opportunities in both areas just in case*. Looking to rent for 9 to 12 months starting in August 2024. Looking for a private room or studio with a preference for a private bathroom. I’m clean, sociable but I also love my space, and like to keep a tidy and cozy common areas. I have a small 15 pound senior aged, terrier-mix dog named, Ryuk.
