I lived in an artist commune of sorts for about 20 years. I understand that I need to pitch in to keeping the house every day. I tend to be calm, and respectful of other people’s needs. I clean up after myself, and help take care of common areas well. I am also funny, and I have good eating habits. I bring a small footprint of belongings, and I’m used to hauling my toiletries in and out of a shared bathroom. I also tend to shower at night, which makes more hot water for people showering in the morning. I mentioned above that I am on SSI for disability, but I need absolutely no accommodations, don’t have anything catching, nor am I struggling with my health. I also will not be bringing a car.
