Hi, I’m a single woman looking to rent a room for about a year or two. Also willing to team up with another female to get a place. I work full time for Kaiser Permanente. I work from home (remote) 7am-3pm and also am a full time student at CSLA attending classes in the evenings. I’m friendly, caring and laid back. Music or having people over doesn’t bother me. I communicate well and hope the same in return. I believe everything is solvable with direct communication. I usually stay to myself but I love doing fun things like game nights, hiking, exploring the cities (museums and such), going to coffee shops to get work done and enjoy the vibe, events/festivals, etc. I’m pretty healthy and love to cook. I’m very clean, like a clean kitchen and keep my things organized but what you do with your own things doesn’t concern me. I don’t smoke and rarely drink but don’t mind if you do.
