I’m 19 just trying to make it lol. Im pretty quiet, my common space is my room or the kitchen so it’s like I’m hardly there. I work 7:30-4 most days but I work late frequently. Im a site manager at Servpro. I’m mostly looking for something temporary while I wait to move in with a few of my buddies. Anywhere from 3 months to a year max. My budgets like 400 but if you’re trying to help a brother out and do 300 I will literally lick the floors clean/pick up any chores or favors
