I am single, female, age 63, University educated, on disability, and am a clean & respectful tenant. I have 2 non-shedding mini schnauzers (Ivy is 14lbs & 5 yrs old, Dexter is 25lbs & 13 yrs old). They are both legally certified as Emotional Support Dogs. I do not drink, do not smoke & do not do drugs of any kind. I can afford $600- 800/mo. Prefer unfurnished room. I have my own car & have a good reference from my precious landlady where I lived for 13 yrs. I was active in maintaining that house, both inside and out as if it were my own.
