Mariana & Nancy

My roommate Nancy is moving out by the end of December and she is in need of a sublet to replace her before she can move. I am a neat and clean full time college student and am pretty much a homebody. I would prefer another female roommate though we are all still open to negotiations for a male roommate. Besides Nancy and myself there are two other male roommates who also live in this 4 bedroom, 2 full bath house whos names are Darko and Juan. They are both 23. This is a no pet household, sorry. Her room has a private entrance that opens up to the back yard and comes with its own parking space. There is on site laundry, a full kitchen, and we would be sharing one of the bathrooms.
