I am a 51 yr old woman with a consistent job looking for a room for rent in San Jacinto, Polk, or Liberty county. I have retired as a teacher to work as a customer service representative with a local hardware store. I am a writer and take some technical writing contracts when they are available. My house was my grandparents and was sold in probate, so I have to move. I have one 18yo boy who visits me on weekends. My older son lives elsewhere. We are Christian, but very much loving and accepting toward those who are not. I have lived and worked in the area since 2007 and have never been unemployed. I keep my home straightened and clean. I do not have many things that I want to take with me. I am willing to negotiate on the rent and would prefer utilities to be included. I do work full time. I am willing to cooperate with any chores, etc. In my free time I enjoy crafts and quilting and watching movies with my son who is a senior in high school in Tomball. I am very organized and prefer a smoke-free household (I am allergic) and don’t smoke or drink myself.
