Hi ! I’m looking for a private bedroom to sublet long term (ideally at least 3 months). Move in date January 1st. Max $1000 for a private bedroom with utilities (heat/ac/hot water/gas/electric) included.

A private bedroom (furnished with a bed, must have a window, closet/storage and a door that closes) in an established/furnished apartment/house.

Must have access to a full bathroom, furnished kitchen, living area and in unit/building washer/dryer or close laundromat.

I work in the city, not looking for more than a 35 minute commute. Brooklyn (Bushwick/Bedstuy/Crown Heights etc.) Queens (Ridgewood/LIC/Astoria/Sunnyside etc.) Upper Manhattan (Morn. Ham. Wash. Heights & West/Central Harlem)

I’m black and I have no pets. I prefer women/non-binary/queer roommates.

I clean up after myself and maintain a clean space all-round including shared areas like bathroom/kitchen/living room.

Looking for a roommate/s who will communicate, clean up after themselves & share cleaning duties in shared areas where necessary.

If you’re down to hang out sometimes that’s great, but I’m absolutely fine with just co-living and doing our own things.
