I’m Sophie! my roommate and their boyfriend and I are looking for 1 more female roommate to rent a 4-bedroom house together in the clear lake/webster area at the end January next year. I am quiet, I like to draw, knit, and crochet and I don’t go out much. Both my roommate and I like to cook and are happy to cook for others. We both work full-time so we will both be out of the house most of the day but when we are home we are both quiet and respectful. Neither of us smoke but we don’t mind if you do outdoors. We would prefer no pets or children. Our budget combined is about 1200, so around 600 per person. We have furniture so it’s not an issue if you don’t.
