I’m a musician, so I do play some guitar. Acoustic sometimes, but I can play electric through headphones as well. Other than that, I’m pretty quiet. I’m not a terrible musician so maybe you would enjoy it at appropriate times. Easy to get along with. On my own I can be somewhat of a slob, but I will respect the wishes of the owner and I have no problem being neater and tidier if necessary. I do smoke cigarettes but I would smoke outside. I am cannabis friendly. I am a dog person. Anything else, feel free to ask.
