I am a single, fully independent, well adjusted, retired professional, who is currently residing in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, with a sibling who is selling her home and moving. I am a non-smoker, rarely drink, and I don’t do drugs. I am looking to rent an unfurnished private room with a private entrance on a long term basis or share an apartment with another active independent senior female non-smoker. I have one elderly male cat who is litter-box trained and declawed and he gets along well with other cats. I have a car, so I will need a parking space. I am also willing to consider sharing an apartment with a non-smoking working female. I am dependable, neat and have excellent credit. I am also very private, easy going, easy to live, and I hate drama!
