Hello! I am a 41 year old looking to downsize and save money to help pay for my son’s college tuition (A&M😊). I’ve raised 3 children who I see often but have their own busy lives so will not be an issue as far as sleeping over or anything like that. I have family in the area and spend alot of time there when the kids visit. I have a steady M-F 8-5 job that I love very much and besides that I live the pretty typical mom life. I am easy going, love people, and keep an organized and tidy home 🙂!
